Legend has it that this iconic pizza was created in 1889 and named after Queen Margherita of Italy

The Neapolitan pizza maker who created the Pizza Margherita garnished it with juicy & bright San Marzano tomatoes, creamy mozzarella cheese, and fresh Italian basil, to represent the colours red, white, and green of the Flag of Italy.

More than 130 years later, our version of Pizza Margherita retains its original flavour composition, with a smatter of aged parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil added!
